Thank you Betty. I figured it was about time Rudy got to show his face. ;) They laid down so pretty together while I was testing out my new lens I had to take the shot.

Ah..the new lens--I've been reading about your frustration with it. Sometimes I've been dissatisfied initiallly with a new lens, then practice with it and it all comes together. I hope this happens with this one for you. This is a very pretty pic of the 2 dogs.

Nancy.........I just think that Sophie is an adorable looking dog, and Rudy doesn't look half bad either. :D Lovely to see them together.

Thanks Robyn, she is quite a little beauty. I got a picture of her mother from the breeder yesterday and she is gorgeous. She also sent a picture from when she was 6 months old- Sophie's current age. Sophie is the spittin' image of her so it gives me hope how she will look as an adult. Rudy doesn't like his picture taken much and I usually always seem to do it when he needs a haircut.

I'm trying real hard to like it but I think ultimately it may be going back. Even with a tripod today I could not get a sharp picture. I think it must be a bad lens. I will try exchanging it but I'm not real sure about the same lens.

Nancy what a beautiful picture. They've posed so nicely for you and I love the buzz effect. I like the shaggy look, I love Nikki's hair long, I always call her my minature sheepdog when she needs a hair cut, but she always looks like such a lady when she's cut.I'd love to she the pic's you got of Sophie mom.

Thanks so much Wendy, Kev, Terry and Tom. It was Kev's tip about buzzing that made this one possible.

Terry - here is a link to the web page with her mom's picture on it. The main picture is fully grown and there are four below it that show her growing up. She's a beauty.

What plugin did you use to create the effect?

It was the buzz simplifier. I downloaded the free tryout version and have played with it a bit. There is also a picture of Auggie in my gallery done with it. Here is a link to their site:

Nancy she sure is a beauty and Sophie is following in her footsteps. I love her name Rebekah and she has such wonderful coloring.
