glow color attributes?

is there a way to change the glow color?
the only adjustment i have been able to find is size....

need to change color

Hi mkbclr,

Welcome to the forums :)

There isn't an option to change the colour, but there is a workround...

:arrow: Apply the glow to the shape or image.
:arrow: Simply the layer (right click on the layer and choose Simply Layer).
:arrow: Use the Magic Wand tool to select the glow colour.
:arrow: Go to Adjust Colour > Adjust Hue / Saturation. Move the Hue slider until you get the colour(s) you want.

the problem is that the glow color is also in the object that is glowing...
but i bet that i can duplicate the layer ---- turn the glow off on the top layer --- and use the workaround for the lower layer ----

i was able to do it!!!
i had to simplify the layer with the glow in order to change the glow color --- but it did work!

Great that you got it to work... :)

Yes, per the second step, you have to simply the layer that has the glow applied in order to make the glow editable.
