It's funny,that photo just didn't have any punch as color or all-black and white.
Just a wee bit'o color does the trick.

I have this same photo on the wall but it's sepia toned. It's not as effective as this one.

Thanks for the kind words,
That tractor was photographed earlier this year at Oatman,Arizona. It's an old mining town/tourist trap.

like both sepia studies. The tractor is really good, looks like it was taken at the time of the Depression and the farmer has chained it up to prevent it being stolen and then it was just left there. OK, I'll stop fantasising.

I like them both. The touch of colour is very subtle and I nearly missed the third "bit" of colour :D

Oh I do like that ... the black & whte with just that echo of soft colour works so well on that image ...
