Can someone tell me how to get the tool bar to show again. I have hit show tool bar and reset toolbar. All that comes up is a square and when I click on it takes me to online products. I have even reinstalled it. Any Suggestions

Is there a small "header" bar at the top of the "square" which you might double-click to expand the toolbar? Just a guess until someone more knowledgeable comes along...
