I accidently deleted the mask on an adjustment layer. Can it be added back, or do I have to create a new adjustment layer to get a mask?

Hi ...
You would need to create a new adjustment layer ... I can't think of anyway that you could add a mask back to an adjustment layer if you have deleted it. :(

I just tried it with Grants' tools and it worked.. never added a layer mask to an adjustment layer before.
So if you have Grants' layer mask effect you can do that.
Probably too late now, but you can always undo if you do it again. (before closing) :)

If you just deleted it and you are still in the program you can back step Alt + Z or Command +Z.

No probs.. I usually take so long to type a reply, that the answer has been given by 5 other people before mine goes up. :)
