Yes it can be done ...

One way is to use the shear filter to do the bend on your photo but you will need to have it on its own layer to do that.

If you look in Wendy's Mini Tutorials (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3641) you will see Using the Shear Filter ... just click on it.

In that example I was bending a filmstrip but it works in the same way for a photo ..

Were you looking for the bent photo look (Salvatore Dali-like) or photos set in a 3D cube look?

If the latter, Dave Cross's "Presents" video in the Subscriber section is a good source if you substitute the photo for his wrapping paper.
