While I'm at it...

I've got a photo that a guy had his wife take of him. She gave him the camera, and he takes a shot of her, near the spot he was standing when she shot him. Two photos -- each with one person.

I want to combine these two shots where it appears that the two are standing together side-by-side.

Hi ...

One way is:

Use one of the selection tools to select one of the people then do Edit>Copy.
Open up the other image and do Edit>Paste.

Now you will have the two people in the same image ... now just use the move tool to put them into the right place (and you may have to resize them a little)

If you go into the subscriber area there is an excellent Video called Plan Ahead which shows you all sorts of tips about setting up and taking these sort of shots for combining. It also leads you through the stages of adding one of the people to another image. It is worth watching .. and I am sure that it would help you. :)

Good Morning,

In the Subscriber Section there is a video entitled Plan Ahead by Dave Cross (date June 16, 2006).

The video seems to be an example of what you would like to do. Suggest you check it out.

Well we did both have the same idea about the Video ... :)

I always think its easier if you can find a video for people to watch as it does help them understand it better ..
