I have been trying to create a siginature brush from my scanned signature for a couple of weeks I created one today its is in the brush folder on my C drive but it cant be seen in the brush picker. I followed the instructions in a book and clicked save but it doesn't show up in the brush picker.I tried to copy it into the wet media brush folder so I would know exactly where to look for it . Still can't find it in the brush picker.
Another problem the photo shop elements help files keep getting corrupted and have to be re installed. Elements 4 seem to have a lot of bugs in it.

Hi Lawrence
Try looking in your default brushes. The very last one at the bottom.
I have had PSE since March. never had any bugs...

Hi Lawrence ...
I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean that you ban't find your brush at the bottom of the brush set that is current when you made the brush (usually default set) ... or once you have change the brush set you can't find it?
If its the last one then its probably because you haven't actually saved it ...
Take a look in Wendy's Mini Tutorials (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3641) then click on "Using Preset Manager to Save Brushes".
Do let us know if that solves the problem :)

Hi Lawrence ...
Ah ... now I know what happened :)
When you add something into Elements (like a saved brush set) then you need to restart Elements before it will show up ..
