Not all the tutorials in the subscriber area seem to work. I've been going through the video clips and Smile (Nov 21) doesn't finish loading. I also cannot get to Quick Tips (Feb 4) and once I choose one of these nothing else works that use to work. It would be nice if these could be reloaded since they seem to be corrupted and the problem seems to mess up the viewer. There was also a video on the scrapbooking session that seems to cut out before it is finished. I went though that when I first joined so I don't remember which one. As a new Elements user these tutorials have been a big help to me and eventually, I'd like to make it through all of them.
Am I the only one that cannot view these select few, are there others I should watch out for?

Huntress,
I would suggest you contact Customer Service. I'm sure they will be able to help. I couldn't get the video (Smile) to load either.
If you go to the home page on this site, you will see at the very bottom of the page "Contact Information" Click that and you will have the choice of phoning or emailing them.

Hi Lynn ...
Sometime there is a problems with one of the Video tutorials but once the site are notified then they do tend to fix it pretty quickly ..
I have let them know about the two you mentioned ... if you come across anymore then just post a message :)

Thanks. I still have plenty to go through so I'll wait a while before getting back to those.

This website is the agony and the ecstasy for me. I have loved the videos that I have been able to watch; but a lot of them will not load for me. I click the film strip and hear a tone and then get kicked to the curb there is no error message other than the crash report stuff from Microsoft. Since the movie didn't load I can't use any of the tricks to make it work since there is no trace to find in the temp files. I have - updated all my drivers, loaded the latest version of Direct X, loaded a stand alone version of QT (per Apple) and run both McAfee and SpySweeper and both are clear. Some videos always work, others work once but I can try to replay one that I just watched and then comes the dreaded bell tone and down I go. I did send an email to customer service but have had no reply. I was watching the videos on making the film strip, the first one worked fine. I'm thinking this is cool and easy to follow but when I tried the second video; it started crashing again.
Is there anyway to download the videos w/o playing them, since they just won't play. I have not had this problem anywhere else.
