Print page setup

When I select page setup for printing, I cannot find the Cd case size. This size is shown in the tutorial. Any way I can get this?

You can use the User Defined option and when the Print Preview screen comes up when you print put 4.5" in for the width and height. That should work. I think some of the options are printer dependent so what you see may be more a function of the printer driver you're using than PSE3.

Are you refering to the tutorial in Scott Kelby's book? this has confused a few people - Scott is usings a version of Acrobat writer as his printer. The cd case size isn't in PSE3. As Tony suggests you can set this as the print size, or (as I have done) create a new file with the dimensions of a cd case sleeve and use this each time.
