Image "Snapping"

:?: I just started a sports photography business and create "memory mates" of an individual player and group portrait on the same page. I currently copy the photo layers onto the template, resize, and then drag into position. My question is this: Is there a way to create an area the size of the photos on the template which would allow me to drag the images over the area and then "snap" into postion without having to do it manually? This would save me alot of time.

Well, if you use the Grid ( View>grid) then apply the 'snap to'(view>snap to) your images can be easily placed in the same spot every time. You can asdjust the grid in preferences ( edit>preferences>grid) and set the grid to a custom size.
