If I view the on-line lessons from home - no problem, but if I try to view the lessons on my PC at work - nothing. Well, the player seems to open but nothing ever seems to load. This PC is using windows xp, IE 6.0, and I downloaded the flash player from this site yesterday. Could there be a setting I need to change in my browser?? Any help would be appreciated.

If your work PC is on a company network, then the security policy and / or firewall may block the flash viewer.

Mike, I thought of that, but I have done so done so much without any problems before. I can watch other flash videos? I am stumped.

I too cannot load flash player, and, in fact, have gotten a refund for the course. I went through all of the security drills and nothing seems to work. However, when I went through the down load drill I get a rotating sign board saying that flash player has been downloaded. But nothing.

Hi Tom ...
Oh that is such a shame ... maybe one of the Windows users will be able to help you sort out the download ..

If you are trying during lunch time, it's one of the busiest time of the day to get on the internet. This could explain why you're not seeing anything. Have you tried to view other Flash content ?
