ripple frame

Is there anyway to increase the white part on the ripple frame effect? The scale option is not available.

Brent,
you can always increase the canvas size.
Go to Image - Resize - Canvas Size.
Make sure the relative box is ticked, the white square in the centre of the arrows is selected, then just add the amount you want to increase by and tick OK.
If you get a transparent background just select it using the magic wand tool and fill it with the colour of your choice.
