Unsharpen mask batch processing

Hi there,

Is there an easy way to do this in Elements. The way I currently do it takes about 45 sec per image and if I am doing 400 images you will understand why I am asking this question :-).

In the latest issues it talks about batch processing but that does not do Unsharpen Mask.

Does anyone know of a 3rd party product that they have been happy with?

I am not ready to upgrade yet to CS, but is this functionality a feature of the full blown photoshop?

Hi Tony ...

Elements has very limited scope for batch processing ...

... but it does remember the last Filter you use. So one you have applied the unsharpen mask to one image you can then open the next and just do Control F. (Mac ... Command F)

Or is that the way you are doing it at the moment ?

Yes that is how I am doing it now. Very time consuming!

Sorry to say that I don't think that there is a way round it ... apart from using Photoshop :(

Is there a photoshop action you can purchase that would work with PSE?? Probably not, but that was my only thought.
