No question right now - Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been montoring this forum for a few months now - starting to feel like a 'peeping tom'. ;) You guys are very helpful. I'm pretty new to PSE4, taking the layers course right now and can't wait to bring my photography to a whole new level. As soon as I can figure out a couple things - I'll update my gallery - although nothing compares to what you guys have been doing. I feel like I have a lot of catching up to do. And even though I hate asking questions, I'll try to remember to come here and ask - instead of getting frustrated like I have been. Happy Editing.

It's always nice to "meet" a new forum member. I know you'll find this a great place to grow and learn. Ask as many questions as you need . . . there's always someone with an answer, it seems. At least that's been my experience. WELCOME :)

Hi and welcome! I, too, hate to ask and want to be able to figure things out for myself, but everyone here is very helpful and ready to help. Looking forward to seeing your work!

Hi and Welcome (is it Pam?)
I joined a year ago but have been actively using the forum for the past six months and I still have to ask with nearly every tutorial or new project I try. I am going to take the layer course soon and hope that will clear some things up - but I feel it helps us all when someone asks a question because there seems to be numerous ways of getting to the outcome you want in Elements. Looking forward to seeing your gallery. I love it when people share work.

I'll join the chorus--welcome! I "lurked" for a long time like you did, but finally got up the nerve to stick my foot in the door. Everyone is so understanding and helpful! This is a great place!

I also peeped for a while. I read all the old posts and looked at every gallery. I was amazed and wanted to do something spectacular like that. I subscribed to the news letter and have had nothing but fun ever since.

ok - I quickly put together some photo's for my gallery. the 2 wedding photo's i used layers that I learned in the layers course - the other photo's are either enhanced with filters - or as is(see the moon). I have many more i hope to share - but would like to take what i've learned and enhance them more before sharing. But I thought this was a good start.

Hi Pam ...

Oh you have some excellent images in your Gallery, its a great start ... I especially love the wedding ones :)

Now that you have started your Gallery why not add a link to it in your signature ... To do that:

Click on User CP at the top of the page then on Edit Signature and copy and paste this into it:

[333url=http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/gallery/viewgallery.php?user=xxxx] My Gallery[/url]

Where it says My Gallery remove it and type in what you want to show in your signature.

Now remove the 333 and where it says xxxx type in your user number. Make sure that you don't add any extra spaces ..

To find your user number ... click on Access my Gallery then click on "Share my Gallery" and you see the user number there.
