Just wanted to let everyone know that we added a few new subscriber tutorials last Friday. One is on creative cropping with the Crop Tool. The others (4 to be exact), were added to the Scapbooking area and have downloads associated with them. They're based on some Easter scrapbooking projects however, the concepts and effects (background textures, color swatches, etc...) can be used by any Elements user. Enjoy!!

Matt,
Thanks for these great tutorials, I enjoyed watching them... :)
As you say the concepts and effects shown in tutorials in the Scrapbooking section are useful for Elements in general.

Can someone help me. I am having trouble viewing the videos. I can view one but if I try to view another I am not allowed to do so. Is there something I need to know?

Both regular and subscriber area videos. I was able to watch the video tip on contact sheet but when I went to view another one all it does is take me back to the same page.

Can you tell me exactly what you do and what happens?

OK....when I click on "View" in the video tips all that happens is I hear a click and I am on the same page...the video does not open.
However, if I close out this site and come back online I am able to view at least one video, it is when I try and view another video (doesn't matter which one I try) that I have the problem and can't view it.

OK... I managed to replicate this. You can only have one Quick Time video window open at once, so what you need to do is close each video window before you watch another...
In the free section I watched Cookie Cutter and then tried to load Picture Package without closing the Cookie Cutter video - and got the problem you described. When I closed Cookie Cutter, then Picture Package loaded ok.
That's why if you close the site and come back you can watch one.
Perhaps it's to so with the download program or manager, but anyway there's the answer.

Mike & Wendy,
First off... thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed the videos.
Second...thanks for helping troubleshoot the video tips problem as well. You've been such a great help!

that simple..... it worked..... Thanks guys for all your help your the best!!!!
p.s. I think when I would close the video I would use the "x" instead of the standard "close" button...this perhaps was my problem also.
