picture package

I want to customize a picture package layout. On PSE 2, the editor layout was clearly noted, but on version 3 I can't find the edit layout button. Does anyone have an answer for me?

There isn't an edit button... to customise the Picture Package layour drag and drop pictures from the left hand preview area onto the layout.

Thanks for your reply, but if there is no edit button how can you center the photo through customizing the location through the previous version x, y coordinates.
