I have a stange question here. I know this probably isnt the right gallery, but here goes

Is there any one out there who is having problems with Elements ??

I have noticed a few problems in the last few days. Seems that when I click on a layer that I want to work on it jumps to the background layer. I've done everything I can think of. highlighting it etc etc....

I've checked for virus. cleaned out files and extra photos....I'm at a lost what to do. this is a new computer and just downloaded Elements 4.0.

If any one has any suggestions (besides deleting and downloading again) please throw it my way..

Hi Deborah ...

Umm just wondering if you are using the move tool and you have "Auto Select Layer" ticked ?? If you have then when you click on a part of the layer that is transparent it selects the layer below that has some pixels there ...

I think that was the trick. And, I changed my batteries to the key board.
