Some of the video clips I need to use were provided by someone who took the video on a windy day. Has anyone had any luck using any of the audio editing in PE to cut down or eliminate wind noise?

Thanks!

Bob

The only real way to reduce wind noise is while recording, it is one of the hardest sounds to remove from video. People pay $1000s of dollars for software that will do a pretty good job but still not perfect in all cases.

You can try Audacity and see how that works, there is also some pretty good audio filters and effects right in Premiere Elements. Check out this for starters http://www.videoinasnap.com/source/ken/cooltools_11-05.htm

You may also want to check out other parts of these web sites as well
