Just finished my first stained glass. That was a challenge; I have more paractice to get this technique right. This makes me appreciate the work you guys and gals put into your images.

Very nice! Was that taken in Arches NP in Moab? I love the tree drawing your eye to the monument.

What an amazing photo!!
Great job on the stained glass.....careful though, once you start on stained glass it's hard to stop :D

This is actually a photo of West Mitten in Monument Valley, Utah just over the Arizona border. It was taken with a medium format film camera - The Pentax 6X4.5, 40 mm wide angle lens, a Plum and Enhancing filter with Velvia film rated at 40 ASA/ISO.
Most of my current work is done using a Nikon D 70. However; I am able to convert my spectacular film shots to Digital format using an unusual method. Scanners just don't cut it for me. Good scanners cost way too much!
If you folks would like to know my technique, let me know and I will make up a new thread - I'm not sure where to post it though.
