Hello, everybody!

For my 2 hour homevideo, I created it with "Burn to Folder (8.5G)" option in case of any DVD burner problem. I managed to render it after a long period of time. However, the Premiere Elements 2.0 just stopped processing the DVD making procedure by displaying "Burning to DVD - File not Found" in the DVD making windows. Then I checked with the encoded files folder and found only one "m2v " and one "ac3" file. No vob files for video or DVD menu were found. Therefore, what should I do with these two files? How can I burn DVD with the DVD menu of PE2.0 already customed before?

Please help.

Thanks in advance,
viking

(P.S. :) so good to discover this forum!)

I saw your Thread and thought that I would offer some comments.

On the chance that the Folder is there somewhere.....

After you selected Burn to Folder, did you get a Save Dialog Box? You usually do. If so, check the place that you selected for saving. Could be My Video or somewhere in Documents. When and if you find the folder, inside the folder you will find a VIDEO_TS folder with its components. That is the one you burn to DVD with burning software (other than Premiere 2.0). Remember in burning not to use Create Data Disc. Look for Burn Image relating to DVD video files.

I assume that your entire project is saved in Premiere Elements. With your project on the Timeline, I would think that you could give it another try with Burn to Folder. Or, just go ahead and burn to disc and be patient while it burns. Maybe make it an overnight project.

Unless someone else comes up with the answer, I will do some research into that kind of a message that you received.

Thanks your suggestion, ATR!

I tried to burn to folder option. File not Found problem still appeared, but then I defraged my hard drive with video project. It works now!
