jpeg 2000

Don't know what thread to post this in so here goes. Just installed PSE4 and when I hit "save as" and ask for jpeg the only option I get is JPEG 2000 which my local processor has not heard of (Ritz camera and division of Wolf Camera).

Is there anyway I can save as standard jpeg?

Yes you should be able to save as a normal jpg .. If you click on where it says jpg2000 you should get a whole list of choices of file type.

If JPEG 2000 is the only option your seeing for JPEG then it's possible you have a 16bit file format. If so convert to 8bit and try again.
